The Delight Academy Hair Transplant Fellowship is a 3-month full-time immersion for surgeons who want to build an independent hair restoration practice. Fellows manage cases end-to-end — consultation, hairline design, donor harvesting, graft handling, implantation and post-operative care — while being exposed to giga sessions, beard and eyebrow transplants, scar reconstruction and revision surgeries. The program closes with structured practice-management sessions on OT design, staffing, pricing and marketing, followed by six months of remote clinical mentorship.
