For an MBBS graduate new to aesthetics, the Certificate Program in Clinical Cosmetology is the recommended starting point — it builds the clinical foundation before advancing to injectables, trichology or hair transplant surgery.

Duration varies by program: Certificate in Clinical Cosmetology — 7 days offline; Master Course in Aesthetic Injectables — 7 days offline; Master Course in Hair Transplant Surgery — 1 month offline; Certificate Course in Medical Trichology — 7 days offline. Every program is followed by 6 months of clinical mentorship.

Accepted Answer

The offline intensive is full-time — sessions run through the working day so participants get maximum exposure to theory, live demonstrations and hands-on cases.

Accepted Answer

Typical training days run from morning theory and demonstration sessions into afternoon supervised hands-on practice on live patients. Exact schedules are shared before your batch begins.

Question 11

Can I attend on weekends only?

Accepted Answer

No. The offline intensive is a continuous full-time program — this ensures uninterrupted exposure to live cases and the same cohort of patients over the course. The post-course mentorship is flexible and scheduled online.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

On successful completion, participants receive a Certificate from Delight Academy — issued specifically for the program completed (Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Injectables, Hair Transplant Surgery or Medical Trichology & Hair Restoration).

Accepted Answer

Delight Academy certificates are recognised across the Delhi NCR aesthetic and hair restoration industry as a mark of practical, evidence-based training under Dr. Ashit Gupta and the Delight Clinic faculty.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Certification is awarded on successful completion of the training — including participation in theory, live demonstrations and supervised hands-on cases.

Question 15

Is the Delight Academy certificate valid in India?

Question 16

Will I get an MCI-approved degree?

Accepted Answer

Question 26

How large is each batch?

Accepted Answer

Batches are intentionally small so every participant gets individual faculty attention during live demonstrations and hands-on practice. This is a core part of the Delight Academy teaching philosophy.

Question 27

How often are new batches conducted?

Accepted Answer

Batches are scheduled at regular intervals through the year. Submit an enquiry to find out the next available dates for your chosen course.

Question 28

Can I reserve a seat in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seats can be reserved in advance with a confirmation deposit — recommended, since batches are small and seats fill quickly.

Question 29

What is the typical batch size at Delight Academy?

Accepted Answer

Delight Academy batches are kept intentionally small — typically single-digit participants — so every trainee gets one-on-one faculty time, extensive hands-on practice and personalised feedback on every case.

Question 30

Will I get to practise on real patients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Delight Academy program includes extensive supervised hands-on training on real patients. This is not a demonstration-only or model-based course.

Question 31

Is training supervised?

Accepted Answer

Every hands-on session is directly supervised by Dr. Ashit Gupta and the Delight Academy faculty, with real-time correction, refinement and troubleshooting.

Question 32

What procedures will I actually perform?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the program. Examples include chemical peels and medi facials (Clinical Cosmetology); Botox, full-face fillers, PDRN, exosomes and threads (Aesthetic Injectables); FUE donor harvesting, hairline design, graft implantation (Hair Transplant); PRP, GFC, mesotherapy, microneedling, QR678 and SMP (Medical Trichology).

Are patient consents and safety protocols covered?

Accepted Answer

Question 34

How is hands-on training at Delight Academy different from other courses?

Delight Academy is inside an active, high-volume aesthetic and hair transplant clinic — trainees practise on the same real patients the faculty treat every day. Sessions are directly supervised by Dr. Ashit Gupta, with progressive responsibility from assisting to performing under supervision.

Question 35

What is the post-course mentorship?

Accepted Answer

Every Delight Academy program includes six months of structured clinical mentorship after the offline intensive — designed to support you as you begin performing procedures independently.

Question 36

What does mentorship include?

Accepted Answer

Case-based discussions, treatment planning support, guidance on protocol selection, assistance with difficult clinical cases and ongoing expert consultation during the initial phase of your independent practice.

How is mentorship delivered?

Accepted Answer

Mentorship is delivered online through scheduled case discussions and protocol support with Dr. Ashit Gupta and the Delight Academy faculty.

Can I contact faculty after mentorship ends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delight Academy alumni are welcome to stay in touch — many continue informal case discussions and refresher visits well beyond the six-month mentorship window.

Question 39

How often do mentorship discussions happen?

Accepted Answer

Mentorship is delivered as scheduled online case reviews plus on-demand support when you have a specific patient question. Frequency is flexible — most alumni engage twice a month during the active six-month window.

Question 40

What career paths do Delight Academy alumni pursue?

Accepted Answer

Alumni typically integrate the trained procedures into their existing clinical practice, launch dedicated aesthetic or hair restoration verticals, or join established aesthetic clinics as trained practitioners.

Question 41

Does Delight Academy help with practice set-up?

Accepted Answer

Faculty share guidance on clinical protocols, product selection, patient documentation and safety infrastructure through the six-month mentorship — practical inputs that help alumni set up or scale their aesthetic practice.

Question 42

Are there placement opportunities?

Accepted Answer

Delight Academy is a training program, not a placement agency. That said, we frequently connect strong alumni with aesthetic clinics across Delhi NCR that are actively hiring trained clinicians.

Question 43

Accepted Answer

Alumni are welcome to schedule observership visits at Delight Clinic for refresher exposure to specific procedures, subject to availability.

Trained clinicians who integrate injectables, medical trichology or hair transplant surgery into an existing OPD commonly see meaningful uplift in revenue per patient — the six-month mentorship includes practical guidance on pricing, packages and clinic-side operations.
